Who We Are
Rose of Jericho started from a lifelong friendship between the three founders. Though we each followed different paths in life, we kept close for more than 40 years — and are now joining our respective strengths and experiece towards a shared purpose: to help people overcome adversity, reclaim their potential, and build better lives.
Our journey begins in our hometown of Novara, nestled in northern Italy. A region that blends rich history with a culture of hard work and productivity and powered by a legacy of manufacturing and industrial excellence.

Our history
The rose of Jericho – also known as the resurrection plant – is a desert spikemoss, which grows in arid desert regions and has been known since ancient times. Long revered for its symbolism of renewal, rebirth and life, in dry weather, it curls into a tight ball. Brown and seemingly dead, it uncurls and turns green each time it receives water. It is the ultimate survivor.
Our organization takes its name from this remarkable plant because we know how thoroughly the right support can revive human potential.

Rose of Jericho expands from its home base in the United States outward to worthy projects and collaborative partners. We use scalable methodologies that thrive anywhere. We combine execution experience and capital resources from our own contributions, wealthy families and companies that want to add benefit back into society.
